What We Are Looking For

Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing logistics activities
Planning and coordination of domestic and international shipments
Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and production
Coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow
Preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs and logistics documentation
Monitoring inventory movements and supporting warehouse operations when required
Identification and implementation of logistics process improvements
Ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations
Regular coordination with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams

What Qualifications You Should Have

Successfully completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable field of study
Professional experience in logistics, supply chain,



transportation or warehouse coordination is advantageous
Good understanding of logistics processes and inventory management principles
Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered an advantage)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Independent and self-reliant way of working
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to business travel if required
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
