The Salesforce Delivery Manager will own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs in Mexico, ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high client satisfaction across enterprise engagements.



This role operates as a client-facing delivery leader and escalation owner, managing distributed teams across LATAM and integral hubs.

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Execution
Lead multiple Salesforce engagements (implementation, enhancement, managed services)
Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitments
Own delivery governance including:
Status reporting
RAID management
Steering committee updates
Drive adherence to delivery frameworks (e.g., KITE or equivalent)
Manage financials for engagements including:
Forecasting
Margin tracking
Revenue realization

Client Engagement & Escalation
Act as primary client-facing delivery leader
Build CXO/VP-level relationships
Lead governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews
Own escalation management and ensure rapid issue resolution
Translate delivery updates into business-impact language
