Lead the transformation of banking operations through innovative Core Banking solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and design technology solutions that support large-scale transformation initiatives.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, business process redesign, and organizational change initiatives. Your contributions will help clients modernize their banking capabilities, improve efficiency, and successfully navigate an evolving financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage deep technical, industry, and functional expertise to design and deliver Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Assess current business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
- Redesign and optimize business processes using industry best practices, methodologies,



and proven delivery frameworks.
- Provide strategic guidance on technical requirements, solution architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions address evolving business, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Support transformation initiatives by driving process improvements, organizational change, and technology adoption.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of complex Core Banking programs through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Core Banking platforms, operations, and transformation programs.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Core Banking, banking technology, consulting, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a
