We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering maximum value in the shortest sustainable lead time that maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time, and Identifies business and customer needs.
Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of a scaled Agile Release Train (ART).
Drive continuous discovery: from customer interviews to competitive analysis and data insights.
Collaborate across teams,



serving as the voice of the customer and guiding Product Owners and Analysts.
Own program-level content decisions and release readiness—delivering real value, not just features.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially SAFe.
~ Bachelor's degree preferred.
SAFe Product Manager certification (or willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire).
