and drying technologies to improve efficiency and performance.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.* Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets.* Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and EHS teams to support business objectives.* Support plant optimization projects focused on waste reduction, process efficiency, and operational excellence.* What Makes You the Right Fit* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within food manufacturing, flavors, ingredients, chemical, or related process industries.* Demonstrated experience leading and develop
