We are hiring a Remote Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, manage internal workflows, coordinate team members across departments, and maintain clear communication with clients. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the high standards Remotual is known for. The Project Manager will also help streamline operations and implement systems to support future growth.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, team capacity, and task prioritization
Track progress through project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
Prepare status reports and lead project-related meetings




Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operations management
Prior experience in a remote working environment
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Drive)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRMs and client reporting tools
Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, or related field
