Responsibilities
Deliver insights and analytics that drive sales, marketing, and distribution strategy initiatives
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into impactful analysis and scalable solutions
Lead Tableau dashboard development from requirements gathering through building, QA, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with IT and data teams on data structure changes and validate delivered solutions
Maintain data quality and accuracy across all dashboards, reports, and processes




Identify opportunities to optimize processes and streamline reporting accuracy while reducing manual tasks
Document solutions and share expertise with technical and non-technical colleagues
Qualifications
Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (mandatory)
Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard performance optimization (mandatory)
Experience working with AI tools or using AI to enhance analytics and reporting (preferred)
Experience delivering sales or marketing analytics and partnering with IT or technical teams
Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to ensuring data quality
Effective communication skills to present complex findings to audiences at all levels
Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative problem solver
Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are an advantage
