Senior Strategy and Business Performance Analyst on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing teams. Responsibilities
- Deliver insights and analytics that drive sales, marketing, and distribution strategy initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into impactful analysis and scalable solutions
- Lead Tableau dashboard development from requirements gathering through building, QA, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with IT and data teams on data structure changes and validate delivered solutions
- Maintain data quality and accuracy across all dashboards, reports, and processes




- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and streamline reporting accuracy while reducing manual tasks
- Document solutions and share expertise with technical and non-technical colleagues

Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field (mandatory)
- Proven hands-on experience with Tableau, including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard performance optimization (mandatory)
- Experience working with AI tools or using AI to enhance analytics and reporting (preferred)
- Experience delivering sales or marketing analytics and partnering with IT or technical teams
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to ensuring data quality
- Effective communication skills to present complex findings to audiences at all levels
- Self-motivated, creative, and collaborative problem solver
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional language skills are an advantage
