Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking for our client an International Metal Mechanics Company a dynamic and results-driven TalentAcquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for their growingoperations in Monterrey. As a key member of their HR team, the TalentAcquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, ensuring the attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support thestrategic goals of their international metal-mechanics company. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of the metal-mechanics ormanufacturing industry and a proven track record in building strong talentpipelines for technical and managerial roles.
Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or arelated field.
Minimumof 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within themetal-mechanics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.




Provenexperience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technicaland non-technical roles.
Fluentin both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strongknowledge of local labor laws, recruitment practices, andindustry-specific hiring trends
Proficiencyin HRIS, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
Deepunderstanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to makeinformed decisions.
Familiaritywith market trends and best practices in recruitment within themetal-mechanics and manufacturing industries.
Excellentorganizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handlemultiple priorities simultaneously.
Developand execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company'sgrowth and business objectives.
Collaboratewith department heads to define role requirements, create jobsdescriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
