You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product needs into effective automation strategies, strengthen test coverage across systems and APIs,



and contribute to reliable and inclusive software delivery.Lead and support quality engineering practices across delivery lanes to ensure reliable releases and reduce rework through early testing and automation.* Design and maintain scalable automated test solutions, focusing on end-to-end (E2E) testing using modern frameworks such as Playwright.* Collaborate with engineering and product partners to define quality strategies, test coverage expectations, and quality gates aligned with demos and releases.* Ensure cross-team dependencies are properly tested to support predictable and consistent delivery outcomes.* Integrate quality practices into the SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines, defect prevention, and test data management.* Continuously improve testing processes and automation to strengthen overall product quality.* Mentor and guide engineers on quality best practices, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and engineering excellence..Requirements:* 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or QA Test Engineering within agile development environments.* Hands-on experience designing, building, and mainta
