You'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business applications, creating scalable data solutions that enable human-quality AI interactions for thousands of users daily.
Integrate & Optimize Twilio's suite of APIs and services to support and improve omni-channel communication capabilities.
Implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions for scalability and reliability.
Develop and integrate API connections between our platform and other CRM/ERP/ML/Cloud systems.
Automate system and data processes to improve operational efficiency.
Fine-tune open-source models and engage in advanced model testing frameworks.
Work with AI-forward databases and implement RAG integrations.
Employ AI embeddings and data ingestion tools.
Stay up to date and implement the best inference tools for optimized AI performance.
