Manager, Plant Supply Chain
Travel 70% availability to work remotely at AME locations, currently MX plant locations
Packaging cost reduction projects
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, and ideally ERP systems like SAP.
Packaging Design & Software : Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD) for 2D/3D structural design andTOPSorCAPEfor pallet optimization.
Deep understanding of the properties and applications of plastics, paperboard, glass, and metals, as well as emergingsustainable alternativeslike bioplastics.
Testing & Compliance : Knowledge of industry-standard testing protocols fromISTAandASTMfor distribution and durability, alongside regulatory compliance (e.g.,Experience inhiring,mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Project & Budget Management : Leading CAPEX projects , managing annual operating plans, and overseeing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.




Cross-Functional Collaboration : Effectively partnering with R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to align packaging with branding and production goals.
Evaluating and managingsupplier relationships, auditing for quality, and negotiating contracts for materials and equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
English is a must
