The Expert Professional – Integrated Solutions Sales is a highly experienced individual contributor recognized as a subject-matter expert in solution selling. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling complex integrated solutions that combine hardware, software, and services. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic clients, the professional manages key accounts, develops tailored solutions, and leads the end-to-end sales process. The role also contributes to the development of operational plans, new offerings, and improved sales processes, while influencing internal leadership and client stakeholders to achieve business objectives.




Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through the sale of integrated technology solutions
Manage and grow relationships with new and existing regional, national, and strategic accounts
Identify client needs and recommend customized integrated solutions including networking, systems integration, and IT infrastructure support
Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
Coordinate and prepare high-quality bid documents, proposals, and RFP responses
Establish and execute operational sales plans aligned with organizational strategy
Develop and implement new processes, standards, and go-to-market approaches to improve sales effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
