Sanmina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Onboarding Lead to join our team. This critical role ensures the smooth and efficient onboarding of new programs supporting a key customer, while also managing various projects related to process improvement, team initiatives, and other key business objectives within this high-visibility account. The adecuado candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven project management skills, excellent communication abilities, a passion for creating a positive onboarding experience, and a desire to contribute to a high‐performing team. While initially focused on program and customer onboarding and related projects, this role has the potential to expand into broader project management responsibilities within the key customer business unit, offering significant growth potential. Track and report on key onboarding metrics, such as time‐to‐implementation, customer satisfaction (using surveys and feedback mechanisms), and program performance.
Lead and manage projects related to onboarding process improvements, team initiatives,



and other assigned projects within the key customer program, utilizing established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, considering the specific requirements and constraints.
Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and elevate issues as needed.
Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders.
Use project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage resources, and ensure project success.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the onboarding program and related areas, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 4–6 years of experience in project management and/or customer/program onboarding, preferably in a fast‐paced, high‐growth manufacturing environmen
