Job Description
HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM OOB processes end‐to‐end: procurement intake / ordering alignment, stockroom setup and inventory operations, asset allocation/deployment/assignment, maintenance / refresh, retirement / disposal.
Configure and manage stockrooms, transfer orders, inventory movement,



check‐in / check‐out and related inventory controls.
Set up and govern hardware models, model categories, manufacturers and standardization rules.
Ensure hardware asset records align with CMDB CIs (data quality, duplication controls, lifecycle alignment).
Support operational readiness through runbooks, documentation and stakeholder training for asset teams.
SAM (Software Asset Management) – OOB Implementation
Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM OOB capabilities: software model/catalog setup, normalization concepts, entitlement tracking, license/compliance reporting.
Build and govern the software catalog and maintain data quality for software models and discovery/inventory sources.
Support implementation for Tier‐1 publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, IBM, including required configuration and compliance inputs.
Integration & Technical Skills
Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAM tools, endpoint
