As an IT Solution Architect – Order to Cash, you will serve as the strategic technology partner for one of Corning's most critical commercial business processes. You will lead the design and evolution of end to end IT solutions that support how Corning manages everything from customer order to cash collection at a global scale. Design and architect scalable IT solutions for Order to Cash processes including order management, customer billing, credit management, collections, and cash application ensuring alignment with global enterprise architecture standards.
Partner with business stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations to capture requirements and transform them into clear solution designs, blueprints, and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of OTC solutions with adjacent enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM,



financial platforms, and data analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in IT solution architecture with hands‐on expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end business processes.
~ Solid knowledge of ERP platforms supporting OTC such as SAP SD/AR, Order Management Process, or equivalent enterprise solutions including integration design and system architecture.
~ Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable IT solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
~ Experience collaborating with global, cross‐functional teams in a matrixed corporate environment, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
~ Advanced English proficiency written and spoken required. Spanish fluency essential for this Monterrey based role.
