Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Lead/manage industrialization of our products from award phase up to series production
Develop the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability concept
Ensure supplier packaging requirements adheres with manufacturing and production requirements
Create and maintain the MFGE project schedule with regard to the project milestones
Track needed equipment and tooling, ensure availability of needed material for all equipment/tool development, install equipment/design reviews before approving start of fabrication/development
Perform equipment buy-off at suppliers and request PML process engineers to attend and approve as needed, drive capability studies, create list of key parameters to be transferred to quality plan
Plan product and process/equipment training and handover to PML,



starting after PV readiness
Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering
Bachelor degree or similar with technical education
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work and live a integral network environment
Fluent Business English
Highly effective organizational and planning skills
Ability to identify work projects and improvement opportunities with a minimum supervision
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in existing and future manufacturing processes
