Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall safety, quality, service, cost productivity, and employee morale of the assigned department. The Production Supervisor serves as a liaison to management on manufacturing, quality, process, and engineering related issues. They directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers such as inspectors, assemblers, fabricators, machinery and tool setters, testers, and other plant operators. They anticipate and adapt to change to make required adjustments to schedules and promote two‐way communication, foster organizational culture, assess operators' performance, develop them, and seek continuous improvement in the work area.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as assembly, inspectors, machines, and fabricators.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.




Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Communicate daily the customer's order status and corrective actions required to maintain schedule and quality.
Prepare action plans to recover production or past dues.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
At least five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or engineering. Experience in Industrial, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Fabrication, or Electrical Power Generation is a plus.
Bilingual 80% English – Spanish preferred.
MS Office (Word, Excel).
