Process Engineering Leader

Our client is looking for a Process Engineering Leader tooversee and support manufacturing processes in a metal-mechanics with an an excellent manufacturing client.This role is responsible for ensuring that production processes meet safety,quality, delivery, and cost objectives, while maintaining up-to-date processdocumentation such as work instructions and visual aids.
The Process Engineering Leader will play a key role in continuousimprovement initiatives, participating in Kaizen events, productivity projects,and safety enhancements. Additionally, they will apply advanced statisticaltools to solve quality issues, eliminate customer complaints, and optimizeproduction performance.
Bachelor'sdegree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.




CNC machining processes.
English: Expertisein statistical tools (hypothesis testing, DOE, regression analysis,logistic regression).
Proficiencyin AutoCAD and other design software (SolidWorks is a plus).
Knowledgeof ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
Supportthe ISO 9001 Quality Management System and contribute to processstandardization.
Utilizeadvanced statistical tools to improve quality and delivery performance.
Coordinateand prioritize activities for the Process Engineering team.
Lead ProcessFlow Diagrams (PFDs) and PFMEA workshops to enhance process efficiency andrisk mitigation.
Conductcapability studies to ensure process reliability and performance.
Analyzeand define productivity improvement opportunities based on data-driveninsights.
Participatein daily production meetings to align engineering activities withoperational needs.
