Senior Program Manager – CIO Strategy and Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Program Manager to join the CIO Strategy and Operations team. This role is adecuado for a seasoned leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving transformation across commercial systems. You will lead high-impact programs that span multiple business domains and technologies, enabling simplification, standardization, and technology-enabled modernization of commercial systems. While your initial assignment would be within the Commercial Processes and Systems Program (CPSP), this position is designed to flex across strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.
Translate business strategy into actionable program plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization.
Monitor program performance using KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, customer experience, and financial impact.
Guide and mentor project managers and workstream leads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.




A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
~8+ years of progressive experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a matrixed, global organization.
~ Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
~ Deep understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
~ Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
~ Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design.
