General Summary:
The Media Operations Specialist supports the execution and management of Compute Consumer marketing campaigns by ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, and creative readiness across platforms and partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence—helping campaigns launch on time, with correct tracking, and seamless alignment between media, creative, and retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Systems Support
Support the setup and maintenance of campaign tracking infrastructure across digital and retail platforms.
Maintain the CRT, ensuring assets from cross-functional teams are accurately trafficked, tracked, and statused.
Assist in CMPID creation for campaigns driving to QC.com, ensuring consistent application across platforms.
Build and QA Amazon tracking links to support campaigns driving to storefronts,



ensuring proper attribution.
Monitor campaign setup accuracy and flag discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
Creative QA & Launch Readiness
Conduct QA checks on creative assets prior to launch, confirming alignment to platform specifications and placement requirements.
Support final readiness checks ahead of campaign launch.
Validate landing pages across funnel stages for:
+ Messaging continuity from ad to destination
+ Functionality and user experience
+ Correct tagging and tracking implementation
+ Assist in QA of partner PDPs, including:
+ Best Buy PDPs with accurate SKU-level UTMs
+ Amazon PDPs with correct ASINs in coordination with internal teams
Creative Workflow & Execution Support
Assist in managing creative workflows across agencies and campaign teams to support on-time delivery.
Track creative timelines and help ensure assets are prioritized based on launch requirements.
