About the Role As a Bilingual Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business customers, qualifying their needs, and booking demos for our US-based sales team. This is a high-volume outbound calling role. You will spend most of your day calling business owners and decision-makers, introducing Alibaba.com, qualifying interest, and creating qualified sales opportunities. This role is idóneo for someone who is energized by phone-based sales, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by daily activity targets, pipeline creation, and performance-based results.



What You Will Do • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential business customers, primarily in the US market. • Contact business owners and decision-makers to introduce Alibaba.com and identify potential sellers. • Qualify leads based on business needs, interest level, and fit for Alibaba.com membership. • Book qualified demos and meetings for the US sales closing team. • Follow up consistently through phone, email, and other approved outreach channels. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, and next steps. • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and demo show-up rates. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound activity, qualified leads, and booked demos.
