Job Title: Advanced Quality & Product Security Officer Engineer
The Advanced Quality & Product Security Office (AQE) is responsible for driving and facilitating Advanced Quality and New Product Development projects to ensure TE Connectivity products meet or exceed customer requirements. This role serves as a key quality partner throughout the product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement advanced quality methodologies, support risk assessment activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure successful product launches. The AQE plays a critical role in enhancing product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while working in a global, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Advanced Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, or Project Management assignments.
Experience working in integral and multicultural environments with cross-functional teams.




Proven experience supporting complex product development and manufacturing projects.
PMP certification or Project Management experience is considered a strong advantage.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills
Experience with IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, or similar Product Security frameworks.
Experience in Automotive, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems, Connectivity, or other safety- or security-critical industries.
Experience leading Product Security reviews and supporting security compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
PMP and NPI experience.
Act as the quality interface throughout product development and launch activities, ensuring customer-specific requirements are identified, addressed, and fulfilled.
Participate in Design Reviews, Gate Reviews, and project meetings to ensure compliance with quality requirements and project mil
