We are currently looking for a talented accountant to join our fast-growing company. As our future accountant, you will work closely with the accounting, sales and product teams to improve Knit's processes and ensure that all our customers have a fantastic experience

Please note that this position is currently remote but will transition to an in-office role. As the company moves to an in-office environment, the office will be located within Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reconciliation & Compliance




- Perform detailed reconciliations of payroll-related financial data, including wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits, to ensure accuracy and alignment with client records and Knit’s systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial records, leveraging advanced accounting skills to maintain compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
- Prepare and review statutory payroll filings, such as tax returns and year-end financial reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to legal standards.

Payroll Accounting Oversight
- Oversee payroll accounting processes for assigned clients, ensuring proper journal entries, general ledger postings, and financial reporting tied to payroll activities.
- Conduct quarterly and year-end payroll audits, verifying accuracy of financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper documentation for internal and external
