Program Manager - Delivery Experience , Out of Country Sellers Latam

Program Manager. In this role, you will lead Amazon's Cross‐border Delivery Experience and Cost to Serve into Latam, covering Mexico (MX) and Brazil (BR) countries.
Lead programs to improve Cross Border Seller Experience, Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, and Cost to Serve, defining the list of high priority improvements to reach business goals.
Monitor and execute projects on time and with high quality standards.
Effectively communicate project progress within the organization.
Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements.




Work with finance, accounting, global mile and operations teams to enhance cost to serve and delivery experience for cross‐border operations.
Review recurring business metrics, dive deep into data analysis, and propose improvements.
Work with international product teams to identify delivery experience and cost to serve enhancement opportunities.
