We are currently seeking a Network Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
Must have great experience on Routing & Switching, Wireless (Cisco & Aruba). Vendors supported - Cisco, Aruba.
Ensure all configurations are in compliance with network standards; participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation of enterprise-level, mission-critical network infrastructure components.
Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow.
Full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and testing / proof of concept.
Working knowledge of networking products from Cisco and Aruba.
Skills and knowledge and adherence to ITIL & Change Management processes.
Rotating on-call, support queue management, performing network system analysis and reporting.
Vendor experience to include - Cisco, Aruba.




~ Responsible for network services improvement and operational task improvement; responsible for troubleshooting on networks and appliances; ensure tickets raised per shift are closed as per SLA and escalate as per the escalation matrix.
~ Manage shifts and take-up escalations on daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily reports.
~ Management of Network & appliances; Following up with Vendors, Service Providers & Partners hardware & software whenever required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes.
~ scope and device relation with load analysis.
