The Cluster Leisure Sales Manager position is based on property at Rosewood Mandarina and represents Rosewood Mandarina and Rosewood Mayakoba. The position prospects, builds relationships, and creates demand that leads to driving revenue in the leisure transient segment for each resort. The manager will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are strategically focused on maximizing revenue for rooms, catering, spa and other ancillary revenue centers of the resorts. The role will be an important leader on the commercial team at Rosewood Mandarina.
Support the hotel's leisure revenue goals by generating transient business for the property
Accurately maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients
Coordinate and host leisure site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips to showcase the resort
Plan and execute sales trips on budget and in compliance with corporate travel policy
Effectively cross‐sell Resort outlets and revenue centers (i.e., Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, PR & Marketing teams to ensure cohesive promotions and brand alignment




Provide positive, proactive engagement with the property hotel General Managers, regional teams and ownership groups
Manage and train the growth and development of the leisure sales coordinators
Leverage relationships and involve senior leadership to interact with key and target accounts to increase market share and secure business
Develops working relationships with the GSO Leisure Sales Team to solicit business opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and client behavior to identify new business opportunities
Maintain an updated client database and develop cross‐selling and loyalty initiatives
Achieve and exceed revenue, ADR, and production goals for the leisure segment
Capable of planning and executing sales trips (local, domestic, international) including detailed follow through
Working knowledge of reservations and sales & catering systems
Pre‐opening sales and opera
