Job Overview: Join us as an Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Facilities Manager, where your technical expertise in safety and compliance meets your passion for corporate responsibility. You will lead a cultural shift toward proactive EHS awareness and support our general journey toward transparent ESG disclosure. This position is on-site at our Matamoros,



Tamaulipas Manufacturing Plant with sites in Matamoros and a distributed workforce across Mexico.
Maintain compliance according to EHS local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the business.
Create and drive Mexico's sustainability vision, goals, and strategies in alignment with environmental, social, and economic priorities.
Assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and set targets for sustainability performance.
Implement practices to reduce energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste generation, and pollution.
Manage all financials related to EHSS and Facilities management, including invoices, expense management, and cost analysis to optimize expenses.
Track and coordinate the scheduling and funding of capital projects in conjunction with Plant Management and HQ leaders.
Implement security management through appropriate resources, programs and controls.
