Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

Type: Temporary (3 months)

Company Overview: Avantive Solutions Mexico, a leading bilingual call center with a presence in Guadalajara, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our HR team. As a Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a "Recruiter" or in a similar role. (2 years)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills_(English)_
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Admin / Psychology or a related field preferred.
