Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Represent the company in industry events and networking opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
A successful Sales Manager should have:
A strong background in sales and business development, preferably within the Transport & Distribution industry.
Proven ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
Fluency in English
Hybrid role: 3-4 days are designated for client visits-primarily in Mexico City (CDMX)-while the remaining days are remote.
