Leads, sets up, and controls the site EHS management system covering Safety, Machine Conformity, Ergonomics, Working Conditions, Environmental Protection, Energy Management, and Occupational Health.
Acts as Management Representative for the Environmental Management System, ensuring its implementation, maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and OPmobility standards.
Owns EHS processes within the IMS (process reviews,



KPI management, procedures update, corrective and preventive actions, and resource allocation), ensuring alignment with evolving legal and corporate requirements.
Ensures compliance with all applicable legal, corporate, and insurance requirements, contributing to the prevention and protection of employees and site assets.
Monitors EHS performance indicators (TF2, TSV, safety observations, risk assessments, legal compliance, machine conformity, OPAD, environmental KPIs such as energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and waste generation) and drives associated action plans.
defines and follows up corrective and preventive actions with management.
Ensures implementation of the EHS control plan (training, inspections, monitoring, and maintenance activities).
Leads internal audits (ISO 14001), ensures proper follow-up and closure of non-conformities, and reports system performance to plant management.
