The Analog Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of next‐generation analog and mixed‐signal integrated circuits used in Micron's volatile memory interface products. This role involves close collaboration with multi‐functional teams to deliver high‐quality, high‐performance analog IPs supporting advanced memory technologies.
The engineer is expected to clearly communicate complex technical concepts, evaluate design tradeoffs, and contribute to architecture and product development decisions.
Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed‐signal circuits for advanced memory products.
Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers.
Perform schematic‐ and post‐layout‐level simulations to verify circuit functionality, performance, and robustness.




Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, and verification teams to ensure high‐quality designs.
Collaborate with different function areas like systems, layout and digital designers among others.
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with a specialization in Microelectronics.
Plus 2+ years of relevant experience in analog design engineering or a related occupation.
Experience in Analog and Mixed‐Signal IC design using advanced CMOS and FinFET technologies.
Background in CMOS analog/mixed‐signal circuit design, including analysis, sizing, and optimization.
Experience with advanced semiconductor process nodes for high‐performance DRAM or memory products.
DC, AC, transient, corner, and Monte Carlo analyses).
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with layout, CAD, modeling, standards, and verification tea
