The Product Compliance Staff Engineer will lead and manage general regulatory certification and market access activities for electronic products. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements across multiple regions, supporting product development, and enabling successful product launches.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in regulatory certification, environmental,



product safety, energy efficiency, EMC, wireless, homologation, and global market access, with strong experience coordinating with laboratories, certification bodies, and cross‐functional engineering teams. Hands‐on experience with NOM certification in Mexico and LATAM regulatory frameworks in general is essential.
Regulatory Certification & Market Access
Lead end-to-end product certification processes (requirements definition, testing, certification, product launch).
Define and execute global certification strategies for electronic products across LATAM, North America, Europe, and Asia.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Product safety, EMC, RF/wireless, and Labeling requirements.
Act as subject matter expert for Mexico NOM compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Support implementation of environmental compliance with Substance restrictions, Hazardous Substances, Responsible Sourcing, ESG
