As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the procurement of materials and services in alignment with business guidelines. You will be responsible for establishing and executing procurement strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, reduced working capital, and ensure supply continuity.

You will report directly to Director of Services COE - Projects procurement in our Monterrey NL, Mexico Facilities in a hybrid work scheme.
In this role, you will impact the organization by leveraging your expertise in procurement processes to enhance supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your leadership in the category of Professional/Engineering services will be vital in achieving projects procurement objectives and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, engineering
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Category/Commodity Sourcing




- Very good knowledge and experience in handling international contract management with suppliers, including guarantees and liabilities to protect our interests.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including supplier visits.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, and Leadership Communication skills.
- Experience developing and meeting business requirements of internal and external customers.Strong comprehensive technical knowledge of our supply base, knowledge of acquisition planning, negotiations, and agreement/contract administration.
