C.H. Robinson is looking for a Logistics Associate in Monterrey. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth movement of freight and delivering exceptional service that directly impacts customer satisfaction and the success of our general supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Associate, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, and help resolve transportation challenges to keep freight moving efficiently. You will support daily logistics operations, maintain accurate shipment information, and contribute to achieving service and performance goals while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will help drive operational excellence and create value for our customers across North America.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
- Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests
- Booking transportation loads in the Transportation Management System
- Monitoring team mailboxes
- Resolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processes
- Scheduling delivery appointments with receivers
- Making any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management System
- Manual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management System
- Conduct systems trainings to external parties
- Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified
- Run, format, or dis
