Job Description:

Seeking a Front-End Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to architectural standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging front-end technologies, provide technical oversight, and support development best practices. Communicate solutions and status updates effectively to stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and champion technical change initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating and overseeing the architectural design of design systems, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and consistency across medium to large-sized projects focusing on web components and atomic design systems.





Ensure the front-end architecture is communicated, understood, and adhered to by the design and development teams. Manage multiple front-end projects, proactively assess risks and dependencies related to front-end technologies, and work with peer architects for ongoing oversight throughout the development lifecycle.

Evaluate emerging trends in front-end design and development, recommend tools and libraries, and ensure compliance with architectural standards. Write design specifications and technical documentation, demonstrate concepts via prototypes, and act as an expert in React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, support technical change initiatives, identify risks, and communicate solutions to various stakeholders. Collaborate on setting development guidelines, review designs for compliance, and champion best practices.
