We’re looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Manager who can own the full storytelling engine of our brand across email, lifecycle flows, content strategy, and video‑first creative. product.
This role blends creativity with performance: you’ll develop content that grows our audience, produce video and written assets that educate and inspire, and build lifecycle marketing programs that turn first‑time buyers into loyal customers.

What You’ll Own
Email & Lifecycle Marketing (40%)
- Own the full email and SMS strategy and calendar (campaigns + automated flows).
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to increase LTV and retention.
- Build and refine lifecycle programs:

- Welcome/onboarding
- Design A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion.
- Partner with Growth to align emails with product launches and promotions.
Content Strategy & Development (40%)
- Own the overall content calendar across social, email, landing pages, and UGC.
- Create high‑quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners.
