About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic accounting team. In this role, you’ll be assigned to an important luxury Real Estate company based in the USA, California, you’ll be instrumental in managing their tax and regulatory compliance to ensure they meet all obligations.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for handling complex tax returns and advising the client on financial decisions related to taxes. They ensure compliance with federal, state, and local (USA, California) tax laws and help the client reduce their tax liabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tax, accounting, and statutory compliance for the client (USA company based in California)
- Monitor the company’s transfer pricing policy and prepare relevant documentation
- Implement accounting to tax reconciliation processes
- Support tax and financial audits at local levels (USA, California)
- Compiling consolidated tax return workpapers from segment prepared tax packages and preparing consolidated federal tax returns and disclosures
- Coordinate with production accountants, estimators, finance and legal teams on all tax and incentive matters facing our productions
- Tax account reconciliations and effective tax rate reconciliation and other analysis of income tax amounts, including prepar
