Team Leader Sales and Project Support - Customer Service

Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one‑to‑one guidance.
- Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
- Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
- Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
- Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
- Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales, Logistics, Finance & Invoicing.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases.
- Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues.
- Manage stock reassignment and returned/reworked items.
- Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy.
- Create AR invoicing plans and approve milestone‑based invoices suggested by AR specialists.




- Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization.
- Prepare and share commerce‑related financial/operational reports.
- Monitor project status, resolve cross‑functional issues, and support communication.
- Cooperate with Cash Collection to ensure timely payments.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
- English – Advanced.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, pricing, or returns management.
- Knowledge of order configuration and stock reassignment processes.
- Experience working with cross‑functional team
