The Role

TA Specialists will support client hiring managers with filling vacancies to target start dates, ensuring quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client against agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
Using data led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis to find the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities
- Execute candidate sourcing and attraction plan including engaging candidates from known talent pools (Internal ATS/ CRM Alumni pools etc.)
- Ensure recruitment services meet contractual obligations and client SLAs.
- Lead hiring strategy meetings to agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers.
- Use data led sourcing insights to determine the best hiring strategy for each requisition, leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis
- Execute candidate sourcing and attraction plan including proactively sourcing from known candidate pools (internal ATS/CRM, Alumni pools etc.)
