Registered Nurse / NCLEX (Relocation to US) – Mia Aesthetics
Mia Aesthetics has multiple openings for Aesthetics Surgery RN Specialists across the U.S.A. and in key markets. Depending on current business needs, hires can relocate to Austin, Dallas, Houston, Baltimore, New York, and Atlanta.
Hourly rate potential: $38/hour - $50/hour depending on job experience and work location.
Mia Aesthetics will assist selected hires with:
- Obtaining necessary immigration requirements
- Providing Relocation Assistance (upon having all prerequisites met)

Interested Registered Nurse candidates must:
- Hold a valid and unexpired passport (Mexico)
- Pass the NCLEX exam
- Obtain a Registered Nurse license with the state board of nursing in the location selected for (Mia Aesthetics will guide selected candidates through this process)

Roles & Responsibilities are below. We invite Registered Nurses to apply
- Participates in primary care of patients who completed cosmetic surgery in a clinic environment, including post-procedure care such as pain management and incision inspection.




- Identifies and manages unique complications from wound skin-care management.
- Identifies drainage requirements (knowledge of lymphatic drainage a plus).
- Documents and carries out pre/post-operative instructions given by Surgeon, and documents all patient information from pre-op to post-anesthesia care.
- Provides Surgeon and/or Anesthesiologist with detailed information on observed patient complications.
- Collaborates with medical staff to develop coordinated outcomes and interventions regarding patient progress and care.
- Assists with nursing activities during emergencies.
- Educates and provides instructions to patients and family members on post-operative care.
- Effectively organizes time, equipment, supplies and personnel for patient care management.
- Maintains order and cleanliness of postoperative areas.
- Assists in inventory of supplies, drugs and equipment to maintain availability
