As a Security and Access Solutions Regional Sales Director you will own the growth and delivery of the Latin America region. Your role is to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that best places the business to achieve high-performance outcomes. You will be responsible for stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and regions of responsibility. You will report to the Building Automation Regional General Manager for LatAm.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).




- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.
- Deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across Latin America.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
