Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM.
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and processed foods.
- Provide technical support based on customer formulations, processes, and production needs.
- Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Applications R&D;,



Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long‑term account growth.
- Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports.
- Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth segments.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients.
- Strong understanding of lipid technology: emulsification, fat crystallization, oxidative stability, and antioxidants.
- Solid knowledge of margarine and shortening processes.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑oriented solutions.
