Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fast Team IT Technician. In this role, you will be providing remote support to our clients over the phone, in chat, and via email. Your primary objective is to ensure clear communication with clients and assist them with their technical issues. - Provide first-level support for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-related issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.
