About the Role
As our Tenant Relations – Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants. Whether it’s answering questions, solving a problem, or just making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll play a big part in keeping our tenants happy. If you have customer service experience—especially in property management or real estate—even better
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to person for tenants via phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle questions, maintenance requests, and concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Keep tenant records up to date in our systems.




- Work with our maintenance, leasing, and accounting teams to get things done quickly.
- Help with lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes.
- Follow up on open requests to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
- Great communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software (MS Office; property management software is a plus).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
