We’re looking for a talented Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.



This person will be responsible for developing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid media.
The ideal candidate is curious about audience behaviour, comfortable working with data, and skilled at blending creative ideas with performance optimisation.
You’ll work alongside integral teams to manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, and other paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
- Monitor pacing and performance, adjusting targeting and bidding to meet KPIs.
- Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and ad format innovations.
