As an Operations Senior Analyst will collaborate with all the departments of Commercial Operations and both Franchises to address business problems by utilizing advanced analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting operational excellence through advanced analytics, data visualization, and process improvement.



The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to convert intricate data sets into actionable insights that facilitate strategic decision-making.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Design and develop sophisticated analytical tools using Tableau and Alteryx to support operational decision-making.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate new data sources and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and automate workflows in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analytics.
- Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and Alteryx usage and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
