As an IT Business Analyst (Marketing, Commercial, R&D;), you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions. This will include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives,



making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology, researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices), and translating business requirements into application requirements.
You will work closely and in partnership with the Regulatory Affairs business stakeholders, internal and external IT service providers, and governance teams to ensure that the global platforms are aligned with the business needs, delivered within the agreed timelines, and compliant with Alcon’s policies and standards. You will contribute to creating business value, finding opportunities for value extraction from the global platforms, and implement methods to measure & analyze the value generate
