Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional development team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct daily scrums and weekly sprint reviews to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
- Experience working with general team with diverse geo distribution.
- Oversee and execute a range of internal projects for Client, including BI Report development,
Data Science initiatives and various data-oriented solutions.
- Implement Agile methodologies, utilizing Kanban (or other Project Management techniques) to manage and track project progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading development teams across multiple regions.
- Strong background in managing technical projects and programs.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Wrike, JIRA or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project management with a proven expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a distributed team.
- Experience working with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and delivery.
