We are looking for an Asset Administration Manager (Renewable Energy) to join the Team.
General Objective of the Position
The Asset Administration Manager (Renewable Energy) is responsible to manage all contracts related to the operation of all assets (PV / Wind) ensuring the correct execution as well as coordination between contractors and internal organization.
Also, this position is responsible to assist in the coordination of all internal resources in order to efficiently execute budget planning, KPIs monitoring as well as interaction with third parties such as CFE, CENACE and O&M; contractors (when applicable). Responsible for preparing monthly reports for Chairman and Board.
Related to OPEX budget, this position will assist both the Asset Management Director and O&M; Subdirector to define all items / resources needed to efficiently plan OPEX budgets for all assets.
Main responsibilities
1.- Non-Technical Risk Mitigation System
- Budget planning





2.- Technical Performance Management System
- Ensure KPIs achievement of all assets
- Analyze plant performance (PR) to identify component deviations, define remedy actions and present monthly report
- Ensure O&M; contractor complies with grid operator instructions, following applicable regulations and agreements

3.- Compliance Management System
- Ensure projects are in compliance with all legal requirements (permits, contracts and applicable laws) and present monthly report

4.- Business Management System
- Give support to define AOP and KPIs with limit scenarios
- Ensure OPEX budget is not exceeded and present monthly report

Job Profile
Education: Engineering Degree in Renewable Energy
Specific Knowledge: Contract Management, O&M;, Warranty Claims, Pv / Wind Plants Major Equipment Knowledge
Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years in Relevant Positions
Systems or Equipment: Microsoft Office, P
